I don't have the link but QNAP are quite miffed at this report. They claim they new about the vulnerability last year and have fixed it. Certainly my NAS has had several security updates over the last six months since I got it working again. Mine is not on the list, my router either.

I read that a couple of days before. I do like the idea of the high security but constantly having to enter passwords and pins is really annoying.

I use the fingerprint method. Of course, Apple demand the PIN now and again in case someone cut your digit off or why they do that. I'm not sure about facial (fnarr fnarr) but will go with it on the next handset when the technology is proven.
