Yes, it's Chromium based and integrates all your Chrome bookmarks etc as well as having full extension comparability etc. At enterprise level I think it offers full true 4K support and Dolby etc.

Not sure about the whole phasing out of third party cookies etc as Google plan that within two years, if the new Chromium Edge has that it might be the first time I'll try sticking with an M$ based browser. The fact that Windows Defender is as good a virus protection as needed these days coupled with it working with Edge makes it more appealing as currently Defender does not support Chrome, FF, opera etc.

I usually use Chrome because of easy syncing with my mobile but, I'll give the Edge a go.

Musicians when they're popular can be cunts at most of the time

Edge (the browser) is damn fast and I would use it more often if it allowed a greater quantity of speed dial thumbnails like Opera does.

Opera? Vivaldi is/was a good browser as well. (I need to try that again)

-edit- Oooh, it has some really decent language options. 😎

My days of trying different browsers are long gone I think. In the early days of tehnet it was fun but now I just stick to Chrome. I did dabble with Edge with chromium but meh.

Crusty bastard,
I used Vivaldi for a while before I upgraded to Win 10, iirc it's a fork off the original Opera. (Has some features man) 😎
