There's a great little app called Remote System Monitor that lets you use your old phone (Android) as nice little remote monitor.

It costs 99p to open up the little dial things otherwise everything is displayed in a graph format.

Great app tho I'm using my old android as a dashboard on my psu shroud and it looks goooood. Has a lot of monitoring options and a nice ui.
