Peanut Butter popcorn.....didn't even taste the almond flavour because the peanut butter is overwhelming, and yuck it is

Lobby for tea (Stew, whatever), shin beef and tonnes of vegetables (sprouts too lol) with a few home made dumplings for good measure, proper cold weather food that sticks to your ribs.

Definitely stew weather. In the words of Cookie in City Slickers "It's hot, brown and there's lots of it!"

The life partner made an impressive butternut squash risotto last night, extremely tasty (Tom Kerridge recipe). Considering her propensity for disregarding required amounts of effort and longevity for stirring and that is a major influence in the result of a risotto, she overcame her natural tendencies to produce a winner. Delicious.
Would have gone better with a white beer, but that's long gone for me, so sparkling water it was.
