I'm not feeling bad but until I up my strength with the physio I won't be going anywhere quite yet. I can't stand properly.

Well back from Poland after a week got to say really enjoyed it but knackered now as only had 6 hours sleep in the past 48!!!

No visiting the girlfriends family flew in to Wroclaw last sunday stayed at one sisters then got the train up to Szczecin where he mum and three other sisters live hung around there till saturday then back to wroclaw on the train and flew home!

Being the father of my nephew he's still a sort of part of the family, so we all still talk.
(You'd have to have been a complete dick for us to disown you, and he wasn't.) 

Also, he phoned from Poland and asked if I could take my nephew to boxing practice. :wink:

Just got back from a bike trip to Uruguay, our neighbour across the River Plate. On the outward run I crossed via the bridge at Gualeguaychu, then Fray Bentos (no corned beef to be found), down to Montevideo and across to Punta del Este, where I met up with Adriana, who had travelled across by boat and bus - she doesn't like riding pillion.
We spent a lovely few days in a beach house on a private beach and then we met up again in Colonia de Sacramento where we spent the night prior to catching the one hour ferry back to BA.
Lovely undulating roads, free road tolls and great food and beer. What more could you want?
