The keyboard is good as you can have different profiles for games i quite like the COD modern warfare i have at the moment

On another note furlough ends on Monday and back to work :) (although i wouldnt have minded another week off with this lovely weather :) )

I use iCUE and the very buggy Asus Aura to sync the GPU, AIO and fans. Not sure if I could tolerate swirling colours all of the time, so I generally set a static colour.

Good setup there Splinter

My cable management is horrific to say the least, but at least I'm trying to rectify my cable management

MSI's light control software isn't much better.

I have an isolated control box for my front case led strip, msi software for my RAM RGB, gigabyte's abysmal app for my gfx card lighting, iCue for my keyboard and Logitech app for my mouse. The lack of parity between manufacturers is a joke.

Don't know if you've heard of this Splint...

Jacklink lets you control everything from one single graphical interface.

I'm considering buying a Corsair Lighting Node Pro now as well. I just love RGB.

Ooops, only just seen this Keasy and I'll definitely give it a go because, apart from iCUE, most RGB software is hit and miss, to say the least.

Fitted the last of my RGB lighting setup.

I wished I had a proper case to highlight even more of the lighting and do some proper cable management, but I'm happy at the moment

I hope I don't blow up my computer by adjusting the PWM fans temperature

Unless you're running a relic of a PC your CPU and GPU will throttle themselves before they concur any thermal damage.

I lost a small part of a contract today because I'm Scottish (maybe    )

Simple lifting job for a 55" MS surface screen off its stand so that another two engineers could replace a part. So got hold of a mate (Stevie) and we did the deed.
While these others were fucking about trying to find login details (they should already have), Stevie jokingly mentioned to me (at the back of the room), they could try one of his...ButteredArsholes76

I was in fucking hysterics man..  :cheesy:

Result was this bit in an email:

“ (The last pair of lifter’s Conduct (Foul language) In front of the customer was simply unacceptable).”

So we got barred from that clients premises.

We did forget ourselves (and were were probably swearing between ourselves in general conversation), but we're Scottish. Swearing is almost a religious observance.

(Everyone in the room was a bloke, but someone had left their mic open on a conference call...so not sure who it was who took offence)

Thats the second time we've been overheard on a conference call in the last month.
Last time it was a bit of an argument and the onsite tech came running in to say all and sundry could hear us.
(I took my BT headset off, but my laptop detected this and unmuted the onboard microphone for some reason)

Lesson learned.  :azn:

You may have lost the contract because of your use of expletives, not because you're Scottish ya dafty.

Sorry, I'm Scottish, I meant ya fucking dafty.
A more accurate statement would be you may have lost a contract because you're still a NED.

Did a bit more cable management.

Now the new RGB fan cables for the RGB hub/Controller are behind the case, not in the front

Re-routed the main mobo cable and one power cable for the graphics card

I've still got a long way to go for the rest, but at least it's taking shape, no more clumped wires in what used to be where HDD once located

Also, re-seated a memory module that wasn't completely in at the time

Pretty much
I only do one or two a year and they don't pay well (probably knocked more back than I've done). So no huge loss.

Down here, it's amazing how much Anglo-Saxon swearing I can get away with, until that moment when an Argentine says 'I heard that!!
