Managed to delete most if not all duplicates off my NAS drive, shaving nearly 250Gb off the hard drives

I don't know, but I never managed to get around to sort my photos and videos out until now. And I think it should save me getting hard drives for now

That's a nightmare task.
I've moved so much shit between drives (I think I currently have five) that I can't recall where the duplicates and junk are any more.
I even have folders named Junk that I've never deleted.

Don't buy booze inside, but it outside and freeze your bollocks off instead, according to The Sturgeon.
What madness is this?

It's a last-ditch attempt to appease the social drinking brigade. If she just shut them down she'd be the big bad wolf, but they need shut down, it's fucking nonsense you can't have a drink with your mate in your own house, where you know if each other have been ill or will know if you get ill, but you can drink in a pub surrounded by drunken fucking idiots that don't give a fuck.

I even heard one publican try and say they have all the laws down to a Tee because it's already illegal to serve someone in a pub who's drunk, saying they're experts at the new social distance laws. HA! RIGHT!

Near where I live, they've put 5 new shiny what looks to be internet cabinets. They've only started to work on the innards of those cabinets today

I think the plan is to go heavy on restrictions now in the hope that we can ease up for a bit at Christmas.
If we don't, Christmas is cancelled.

Fuck, one of my battery chargers for my camera's battery has died of an unnatural death. Still got one of them, but I seriously need two

Isn't that the point of having two to begin with (a backup)?

Went to two camera shops today, one to get the battery charger I need for my camera. Seems like that shop has shrunk since I last went into it. The other was having a lot of empty spaces on the display, where cameras should be. Seems like a real shortage of cameras being produced

Probably because more people use their smartphones these days for casual picture taking these days so demand is down plus the pandemic probably slowed production at the beginning of the year to.

Stupid beyond belief!

Plants and flowers are essential whereas shoes, clothes and even umbrellas are not. Baby bottles are not essential either

Absolute fucking nonsense!
Some cunt needs to be sacked.

I do wonder why I call my backup method an actual backup, when all I do is just duplicate photos on the same backup drives. I'm literally pulling my hair out figuring how I've come to do this moment in time where I need to get rid of a lot of photos.....it's no wonder why resources have been so low in the past.

Best thing is to take time in sorting these out, now that all the concerts are not up and running

Baby bottles not essential.     They are not right in the head.

If I had a baby who needed a teether or a dummy I would leave the baby in the shopping isle next to the dummies (so they could see them ) to scream the fucking place down to see how they liked it.

Flowers are essential as they make you feel better when your in hospital with COVID and  they help bees.

Walk into the store naked and see how much clothes are essential .

Women’s Period products  were not essential products, but hey , bad press on tv and now they are essential. Bet it was a spotty teenage male virgin who said this in Tescos.  Use a cloth and toilet roll  love,  you can buy plenty of them , oh, sorry, toilet rolls are restricted.

Worlds gone mad !

Not even in Argentina were such measures introduced and that's saying something.

I thought I'd lost the complete set of photos to a concert I covered in 2015. Luckily, there was one hard drive that it was on....phewy importante
