Is there such an app that analyses the disk for the PlayStation?

I don't want to hard guess like what I did with my laptop the problem I had with my power brick, albeit, it was correct, but hard drives and internal noggings of a PS4 is completely different

They're standard 2.5" drives.
Given they're relatively cheap, it'd probably be less hassle to just back up the old one and replace it, rather than faff about trying to test it.
...Sony even has a guide for you: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/get-help/help-library/system---hardware/storage---data/upgrade-playstation-4-hdd/

If you have a caddy, I'm sure there would be some way to test it by connecting it to a Windows system and the vendor application.

I know how to replace the drive, I know that they can be cheap to replace, but it will be parts after parts, if not an even more expensive repair bill to top the already replaced drive
