Are a complete joke
I have another laptop from said company, from my previous repair costing over £100
The newest one has now gone faulty, making it difficult to sign in

I just bought another Lenovo Thinkpad (i5 E580), for the simple fact that they're pretty much bullet proof and you can swap the parts out with very few problems.
(It's only a few screws to swap a keyboard)
The keyboards on them are excellent as well.

Maybe I will look at them in the future. Its ridiculous.
Shame the other laptop died, as that was a solid keyboard

The Lenovo ThinkPad keyboards are some of the best around.
They're built in China (what isn't these days), but used to be IBM.
