A thunderous downpour hits my corner of South Yorkshire. Really heavy.

'S all right.

One my apps says another heatwave this coming weekend. The other two disagree and have it at 22,23.

Hotter today than it said it would be. Maybe a few showers later. It'll take days for the house to cool down.

Sweltering hot down in London. Thankfully there's rain predicted with a thunderstorm warning from the Met office. That also spells the end of summer

Had a bad night with the heat, and the humidity is way back up again this morning. Miserable. We did have a little thunder last night.

My fans are off! The humidity is down 5%. It's tolerable. Wow.

The weather is evidently a lot colder now, but expecting a late Indian summer for the long months of Autumn and Winter

We had the heating on last night and this morning. I will probably be down at the control panel later, trimming all the hours I can out of the program as I am so cheap.

Refreshing to see the rain come down, but hey ho, needed it badly. Some parts down here were looking parched to say the least.

So far, no thunderstorms as predicted

I see they've found a place off the coast of Japan where the lightning strikes with 1000x the power of anywhere on land.

What's going on there? Kaiju portal?

Tipping down with rain, and in typical weather fashion it stops raining when I arrive at work

It started chucking it down as I drove out of the village today and by the time I reached the motorway the rain was so hard nobody was going much above 40mph. Definitely a day to take it easy on the roads.

After a couple of weeks for normal humidity it's back to being viciously humid.

The weather doesn't know whether to rain or not. Currently chucking it down with rain
