I've just wasted an hour going around in circles with MS Office 365.
All I wanted to do was install Outlook (that I've paid for), but it won't start because it's looking for a .pst file.
I can't install it because it's signing in with my old free live account, not my business account.
I change the login to my business account and it prompts for the password, which I have, but then prompts for verification (email or text), so opt for text message.
I get that and sign in.
I then use their tool to fix the Outlook error and it asks for verification (but I've signed in), so sign in again and it asks for verification again......seriously wtf!
So it asks for verification again and I get a new text, and a new email, saying that I need to verify my new verification text, but then then sends a new verification text to verify the email that I have just received to verify the text that I already verified by email and by another verification text.......and it just keeps going around in circles.
I uninstalled Office 365, I'll figure it out tomorrow.
(It always installed the default language as en-us as well, which bugged the fucking life out of me no end.
80 page documents I wrote full of wee spelling and grammar 'errors', such as spelling colour with a u and specialised with an s)
