I think Apple are more interested in emojis than fixing problems

Most of them are pointless

Though I can see a point of using a cheeseburger emoji, you can walk into a McDonalds and order one (maybe more) using emojis, if they understand them  :laugh:

It's the Unicode Consortium.

They don't just do emojii's, they agree the standards for all sorts of symbols and scripts so they work in multiple regions and on multiple devices.
Imagine sending a smiley face emote to your grannie and it shows as a cock on her phone.

that kind of thing... :cheesy:

A bit slow on this one.

I assume that iOS 12.1.1 had been released sometime ago, just been distracted. Funny how when iTunes needs an update that I find that iOS has been updated
